Daddys' Little Girl Poem by Rununah S...

Daddys' Little Girl

He waited for the birth,
of a newborn babe.
His wife held a little one,
that his hands been waiting to hold.

A cute little face,
with cute little arms,
and very tiny toes.
And her eyes' filled with love.

The baby grew to be
daddy's little girl.
The father was waiting
for her future to unfold.

She kept growing,
so cute, so beautful.
Her smile nice and big,
with her heart the same.

She had many beauties,
her dad never let go of her.
The father was scared something
bad will happen to her future.

Another girl came along,
the first one so sad, so jealous.
They paid more attention to the new baby,
more than the her now.

The first one was all grown up
and married with kids on her own.
With her own brand new home, and new life.
With her own opinions.

It was hard for the both of them
to leave each other.
She left him anyways, and both got over it.
She and he will always remember
each other, no matter were life takes you.

She knows she will always be daddy's little girl
forever and ever with all of his heart.
