Daffodil Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Daffodil

Rating: 5.0

Oh yellow daffodil,
My sweet emblem of wales,
You stand there in sunshine,
Through fine days and gales.
Our emblem of beauty,
Our flower so bright,
A wonderful bloom,
So vibrant and bright.
Oh yellow daffodil,
Your beauty shines on,
I will love you sweet flower,
Until I am gone.

Daffodils are such lovely flowers. Wordsworth's words immortalised them. It's never enough to read about the beauty of daffodils. Thanks for this delightful tribute! You have done justice to them!
