Damage Poem by Meagan Reid

Damage

No need to lie
Let it all out, hon
You don't have to pretend
The damage is done.

No need to cry, hon
This was your dream
You finally did it
Aren't you proud?

Nobody will care, right?
That's what you thought
They are begging for you back
Well it's worth a shot.

I know it won't work
But atleast they can try
They had no idea
That you wanted to die.

But now it's all over
There is nothing you can do
You made the choice
I bet you regret it now, I know you do
