You're reaching for a ghost from the past,
Who is gone
Dancing with shadows,
While you're all alone.
There are a million women
Who'd join you in the dance
But you won't release the shadows,
Or give them half a chance.
Step out into the light, and open
Lovelorn eyes, to see
All the gals who'd love to love you,
...And one of them is me.
