Dark Harmony Poem by Garrett Synacyde

Cold hearts where black holes lie
A new realm where lost souls fly
A tormented mind is reborn
Renewed again from when time was torn

A sacred melody echos in the dark
A flawless tune that brings death to heart
A sad song sung by tortured souls of ancient times
A dark harmony rewritten with deaths chimes

Lost spirits, mourning of the past
Helpless thoughts, happiness does not last
Forgotten souls, listen to their word
They sing a dark harmony only few have heard

They come to tell us of their broken lives before they died
Listen to their sorrows, listen to their cries
They come with anguish, They come with sorrow
Listen to their dark harmony before the new tomorrow

-I am a believer in spirits. I believe that there are souls that wander this planet who are still trying to communicate with the living. I believe that if you listen closely where souls are said to inhabit that you can hear them. That you can hear them try to tell you why they are trapped. This poem tries to explain just that.
