Day by day, the countries get poor
If they continue to be hostile with a neighbor
Keep an eye for territory
And spend a lot on advanced weaponry

The resources that were to be spent
On the progress and welfare
They are diverted for the defense
And thus increasing the tense situation

People on both sides want peace
Leave with harmony and keep the life at an ease
To witness the bloodshed of innocent people
Makes them feel weary of the war scene

When people can come to terms
And turn the entire scenario
Into peace at the borders
Life becomes less hard

The border trade can flourish
And wishes on the sides are met
Even the matrimonial alliances take place
And people face fewer hardships
