Ddig Conversion

time 'digital' had an extra d;
not dd, didgital;
to reduce it to didge,
not the confusing dig;

to say,
'So, when you went didge
had you hung on so long
that didge paid for your conversion;
hung on in the pain...'

still, I like dd.
let's say 'didge'
but spell it d d i g.
