Dead. Poem by The Ally Cat

Dead.

A vial of poison, pour down my throat, and allow it to secrete into my bloodestream, ever so rapidly, so that I may never have to experience such pain again.

A sharpened dagger, piercing through the center of your heart, tearing through the layers of tissue, that were once pieces of my heart, attached to yours. Ton apart ever so slowly, so that every last inch ails you more and more.

A black rose has replaced my heart, the chamber that once house those 'butterfly feelings' and the false images of 'love.' Your lying and deceit has forever poisoned the once living, now dead, corpse that is encompassed by this empty being.

A single tear, dropp from you eye -a decoy. Your tongue, it speakes, extending security and trust, another one of your tricks that will soon turn on me, yet again.

Who are you? This Earth's intruder- poisoning everything that stand before him. Reeling innocent souls in with your devilish charm. Only to, in the end, spit a breath of fire in the face of your victim, burning them down. -An empty corpse.
