Dear Student Poem by Rimni chakravarty

Dear Student

Dear Sudipto
The night grows dark, dark, and dark as it could be
You can sleep and pass away your time
To rejuvenate the next day when the sun shine
To brighten your day
And infuse you with a hope to stay
Amidst the prolonged uncertainties of your struggle.

You may not sleep as feel uneasy all the while of the dark night
You may wish to take a long flight
Into the land of beauty where life is secured and pretty
To smile, laugh your heart or giggle
None would be there to prickle
You to become morose, sad or flood the eyes with tears
My dear son, wish you overcome your fears
Look up my dear at the blue sky
The birds chirp and fly
They have no uncertainty to lose their life
They accept both the coziness and the strife
With equal ease
Hope you release
All the pent up emotions that want to unleash
Tear your soul, deviate you from your goal.

The night is dark, dark and dark as it could be
Never worry, the dawn will soon arrive
You will thrive
Just have patience before you join your exuberance
Life offer to you
Come out my son of the blue
