Dear me,
You've lost so much,
But you continue to be strong,
You've got scars that cover your heart,
And you're afraid to let people in,
Dear me,
You have so much pain in your eyes,
But you still put a smile on to hide it,
You have built walls around your already broken heart,
Rarely allowing anyone break through,
Dear me,
You seem so scared,
You've got anger that boils you,
Everything sets you off,
And yet you continue on,
Dear Me,
Where does your mind go,
When all else seems to fail you,
Dear me,
The Darkness frightening you,
Where hands grab at you,
And voices yell at you,
Dear me,
Don't forget me,
I am You,
We are Strong,
Confident,
And Intelligent,
Dear us,
We are almost there...
