Death Hurts Not The Body. Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Death Hurts Not The Body.

There is meaning if I dread depth.
There is meaning if I dread beasts.
There is risk of hurts to the body.
Must I dread death that leaves no hurts?

Death if it does not hurt the body, it is most welcome. Like an old elephant man should also welcome death courageously. You are really bold. But I fear accidents. I fear wounds. I fear assassinations. May I ponder on your poem.
