Death, Promise A Sweet Goodbye Poem by Antonio Liao

Death, Promise A Sweet Goodbye

Rating: 5.0

if i will die the heaven wish is to cry,
the world will always remember the lasting peace
i've give and the honest wreath of the heart will bloom
as the golden sky lapses my coffin
with a simple cry

as the journey comes away a long step
to go, the soul wait a sudden clicks with outmost
respect of angels; waving the horizon of waiting,
knowing that you will
pass bye

make the best of the tears that fall, the
beloved will only stay for a while and walk a million
miles, fading as each steps, wondered every drops of
tears, melted in the scented candle of memory, away
from the beloved dear where you want
to stay lastingly

sleep, the time is not me to hold, but yet!
the daylight leads me to close, as the smile in your face
color me to say a sweet goodbye.....
lead me Lord to your kingdom.....

those who wish will die shall wait a longer time. sometimes the gods grant our wishes purposely to punish us.
