Deceptive Art Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Deceptive Art

Rating: 5.0

I found golden smile
Around her cheeks in different style
She was at her best
As if passed off all crucial tests

It was long wait
But I was never late
She was my ultimate fate
She initiated first to relate

I was day dreaming
When she told” she was coming”
Returning to old fold with no remorse
It was unbelievable of course

“Will you ever leave me again”?
I was happily down with pain
She was just before me
As firmly erect as giant tree]

“Why did you keep me away”?
I stared at her and asked anyway
She was all for big smile
I did not want to become so little

Will you be same?
Now it was my turn to look down with shame?
She held my hand to reassure
Yes, I shall leave you never

Oh love, where do I belong?
Stop me before I go wrong
I do not want to loose you again
I was in tears with so much crush in brain

“Believe in me” I was never far
She was beaming towards me like star
I loved her twinkling smile
She was so far in my dream and file

What does the love mean?
Do you have your slate clean?
I will say yes for all what all you ask
“In no way” love is deceptive art
