Decoy Poem by 7Shadows Teed

If I left and put a decoy in my place would you notice its not me?
Would you look through its eyes and see that I'm not there,
Or would you mistake it for me?

If I disappeared would you try to find me,
Or leave me be and let me fade from your memories?
Would I even cross your mind?

If I set it up so I was no longer here,
But looked like I was,
Would you notice?
Would you be able to see through my illusion and see it's really not me?

Somehow I don't think anyone would.
I don't think you would be able to see through it.
Even if you could I don't think you'd believe that I’m gone.
So I believe you would do nothing cause you wouldn't be able to believe I’m really gone,
With no trace or anything.

Would you notice it’s not me if I put a decoy in my place?
