Depression is like
being thrown
into a giant sea
where you can't swim,
Depression is like
being thrust
into a never ending pit
with scorpions and snakes all around
Depression is like
being pushed
into a lion's den
with no way out.
Depression is like
being enclosed in a cage
that's locked from the outside.
Depression is like
being in a deep nightmare
that's never ending
