Desiring Gift Poem by Gerry Legister

Desiring Gift

Rating: 5.0

Desire that Dixie twist
Doesn't make a person rich,
Bright and full of color
Friendship like no other
The kind of people
In the society that is invisible.
They are a precious gift
And will always make your heart lift
But the happiness it brings
You don't know how it happens
This miracle of friendship
The beaming energy eclipse
All that the illusion brings
On the thin rim of what's happening
