Destination Everywhere Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Destination Everywhere

Eastside of west
Westside of east
Norths side of south
In southern reaches of a northern peek
Upon the northern reaches of a southern peak

Left in the right
Right is what is left
The middle has no direction
Just a center with no reprieve

Onward galore!
A paradox of illusive dexterity
Triangular metaphor shaped in a square
Circling uncharted destinations
Ever so guile in the mind's most traverse imagery

Nightmares are what true dreams are made of
A paradise full of unpredictable adventures
The mind is an endless journey of riddles
Solving everything would make no sense
Life is best when it is full of mystery

Never look past what you cannot understand
Embrace it with endless possibilities
Playing it safe is dangerous
One's mind should never settle for plain view

This mind is an explorer
Searching for each complexing metaphor
Pondering in a unnaturally natural way
Being myself, in the astral planes of the heavens
A hybrid plethora of every last belief

What is real?
I must be careful in what I conceal
Or it could be a weapon against my own self being
In a world where originality needs to be applied
No matter how lonely the mind gets, sharing is a true achievement

Never fear a complicated mind
It is the most of simple of thoughts that are always misleading
Guiding those to never think on their own
Simplicity is the biggest myth of them all

Understand this, or misunderstand
But respect me and realize why my thoughts feel so lonely

I am incapable to fit into "Normalcy"
But that does not make me any better or worst
After all, I am Just Into Myself, Singing Mazes Into Troubled Hope

I am a sequel of just hope
Riding on an astral projection
Guiding me where I have never been before

I am not just a quiet loner
No, I am much more!

I am a Nomad always ready to explore!

Destination everywhere I must implore! ! !
