Destruction..... Fani
Marooned land
Drowned people
Hurling water and sand
Fani was capable
Of crushing anything on its way
With its whirlwind it could sway.....
It has reminded humanity
The ruthless destruction of ecology without sanity
And warned consequences
If the people didn't heed its potential threats...!
You are right. Nature has its own way of taking revenge if you destroy it. The loss of lives and property is immense. Nice poem. Thanks for sharing.
The devastation caused by cyclone Foni is terrific and it is a slap on the selfish who encroach upon the nature causing ecological imbalance for their own benefit. Great eye opener poem.10++
