Dhari Devi



By the Alaknanda River
In between Srinagar and Rudraprayag,
Uttarakhand's Garhwal region
Is Dhari Devi
The upper half in the Dhari temple
While the lower half of the idol worshipped as Kali
In Kalimath temple.

The guardian deity of Uttarakhand,
The protector of the Char Dhams
Dhari Devi Goddess,
One of the Shakti Sthalas
So revered.
