Dictator Poetic Poem by Ima Ryma

Dictator Poetic

Rating: 4.0

North Korea's first family
Are dictators who like to write
Their feelings down in poetry,
Some deep thoughts penned of their birthright.
Kim il-sun, grandpappy despot
Noted his son a shining star.
His son, Jong-il did verse a lot,
In multi operas - bizarre!
Grandson Jong-chul, too a poet,
But deemed to be too girlysome.
Succeeding pops - that did blow it,
In the macho dictatordom.

So son, Kim Jong-un was the pick
Perhaps he'll share a limerick.
