Different Poem by Danielle Faircloth

Different

My life is no fairytale,
My life just passes me by,
Everyday I think to myself I'm differemt.
I imagine my future and what it be like,
Every moment of my life I don't feel the same.
I look more like my mother,
Dark brown hair,
Heart-shaped face,
My German features show,
My height,
My curves.
Some say I look like my father,
My blue-green eyes sometimes change color depending on my mood,
My nose,
My dark tan I get in the summer,
My Irish and Indian features show sometimes,
My wavy hair,
My Irish dimples.
I have a different personalitiy from anyone you'll ever meet,
Shy,
Calm,
Stubborn,
Easily fustrated at times,
Paranoid,
Worried,
Stressed,
Picky,
Creative,
Hyper,
and the most I'll ever be is 'Invisible.'
You see I'm not like everyone else I'm different,
That is all I will ever be is 'Different.'
