Discipline Leadership Windows Of Opportunities Poem by Terence George Craddock

Discipline Leadership Windows Of Opportunities

Rating: 5.0

careful planning may have been spent
in finances resources required knowledge
key is terrain variations to be crossed

must be crossed what extremes of weather endured
equipment food transportation life skill experiences
leadership qualities team member skills camaraderie's

discipline leadership time climatic windows of opportunities

compatibility one mind one goal one purpose
so much depends upon leadership training skills
so much depends on resolute mind determination

due to extremes of heat cold drought
rain flood water supply storms animal insect
disease dangers maps time limitations

all will be factor success failure formulas

all accounted planned plus pride of purpose
yet still moral can all stand or fall upon luck
intelligence weather quiet watching listening

accessing what needs to be done
acting with forethought speed
accessing limitations timing risks

determination moral can all stand or fall upon luck

intelligence is often quiet
listening accessing
what needs to be done...
