Elizabeth Fontaine Grieco (08/14/1957 / Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
Disguised
You disguise your love to me
And reveal it's true essence
Only when you feel threatened,
You surely lost love so many times,
But all I know is that I love you
More than life itself, unfurling
Wanton desires of pain stricken
Feelings of desire for you my love,
As I dream of a time when no longer
Will we struggle under a human realm
And feel the physical pain of the body,
But only love within the spiritual guise
Where harmony and love soars high above the sky
To shower our souls with the eternal love of God.
Poet's Notes about The Poem
