Disrespect Poem by Dorsey Baker

Disrespect

Foolishness robs the mind
It's sanity
Screaming brakes
Loud in the naked street
Smell the rubber as it burns
From his fast sports car
Music grumbles
Like deep throat
A monster takes over another neighborhood
Where he comes from
Attempting to show how smart he is
Becomes a fool instead
Tried to hit home run with
The girls but all he is good at
Is striking out
Most of the time
