Do We Know each Other?

How is it there?
Did it rain?
Are the women good to you?
Are the men?

Are you home?
Is it safe?
Can I come over?
Is there food there?
Did you eat?

I've got a sleeping bag.

What's been happening?
Are you writing?
Are you drinking?
Are you hungry man,
are you happy?

You got a dream, man?
That's important, they tell me.

Is it working, man?
Is it happening?

Have you some love?
Hashish? A bottle of wine?
Fifty rupees?
Some water?

Have you been good?
Are you asking questions again?
Is there a reason for the things you do?
Do you know?

Are we brothers?
Are you my father?
Am I a son?

Are you from here?

You came.
It rained.
I've got eggs.

Don't you love her?
Don't you love him?
Don't you love it?

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
