Do you see me?
Or do you just see the wall?
I am
Right in front of you.
Do you see me?
Or do you just feel the air around?

Do you hear me?
I am whispering sweet words into your ear.
Words of promise, lust, and much more.

You're holding me tight,
but do you really feel me?
I once held you.
But now,
You seem to be slipping through my grasp.

Do you love me?
I hear the words you whisper,
Telling me that you do.
But is it true?
Do you mean the things you say?

What has caused you to turn away?
Don't you feel my immortal love?
Always there, standing strong.

What is wrong with me?
Am I no longer the red rose in your life?
Have I done something wrong?

Do you see me yet?
Do you hear these words I am whispering?
