Docile Majesty Poem by Maria Mitea

Docile Majesty

Rating: 5.0

I thought today
how is it like to have
in the winter, the soothing sea
lying at your feet
when the seagulls
in the beak, are bringing you poems
saved
from silver chains, like for a slave
bringing you the scream of the sky instead of water,
I thought, today,
how is like to be the sea, in the winter, lying at your warm feet
