Don't Dwell On The Past Poem by Frank Sheehan

Don't Dwell On The Past

Rating: 3.5

Don't dwell
on the Past
Nothing good
can come of it.
Everyone goes through
ups and downs,
good times and bad.
Everyone does things
they wish
they hadn't.
The key is to
push on,
get through everything,
attain wisdom
as you trudge
through the banalities
of ever changing
realities that drip
and drab
through your mind.

Great word of wisdom. Most of the time it is no help unless one is willing to correct the mistakes of past and resolves in his or her efforts for not committing them again.
