Don't keep doubt

Don't keep doubt with you
It is poison
And it separates you
It disintegrates you
It is the thorn that
Irritates and hurts
It is the sword that kills
Buddha said O my dear
Nothing is more dreadful
Than the habit of doubt.

Weather
by Ambrose Bierce

Once I dipt into the future far as human eye could see,
And I saw the Chief Forecaster, dead as any one can be--
Dead and damned and shut in Hades as a liar from his birth,
