Don't Lose Hope Poem by Sandra Feldman

Don't Lose Hope

Rating: 2.8

Around life's circle
Our lives swim,
And yet, so many
Dangers, there exist
And yet, so much is
Out of our control!
Sometimes it seems
We're trapped within
A closed and narrow
Bin,
Half sand, half mold,
But we must not
Let ourselves give in
To hopelessness,
Which is cowardice's
Sin.

The United Stated
Has always been
Unique in so many ways,
This is not to brag
But it is true,
Justice and fair play
Were on top list,
Proudly, to display.

That has changed somewhat
And we must now, not
Falter, due
To special interests,
We must lead
To a bright victory
For humanity,
For the good of all,
Find a way
To come together,
And go forward,
Stronger
Than before.
