Don'T Want Another Yesterday Poem by Tia Maria

Woke up today feeling so sad
Yesterday was really bad
Car wouldn't start & of course then
ended up late for work again

The day just went from bad to worse
Everywhere I drove, the car I would curse
And so did all the helpful sweethearts
Who offered their help for all the push starts

I know this morning when I climb the stairs
I will once again get angry glares
The alarm will scream and shout
Until that old battery I can get out

Soon as I finish typing up that document
Going to get a serious supplement
And buy myself a bunch of flowers
Then come home & veg for hours

(ha ha - that's the best I could come up with,
I noticed its the 28th & nobody else is silly
enough to be up at this time to post a poem!)
