Center stare,
(& that smile will fade) .
you seem,
to have lost your way
(home) .


Escaping conscious, thought
(hit rewind) .
Your eyes are pleading (& lips misleading) ,
cant trace back to the source of loneliness
(just cant
let you go) .


What was believed,
(leaving behind) doubt.
In the face of failure,
(great) mistakes (?) ,
& (greater) mercy.



Till the end
(do we part [? ]) ,
(blindly) followed through fire.
Burned.
Gave it all;
(& from what [thought] deserved) Nothing.



But the song goes on,
while hearts stand still.
(Shaken)
(Stop the beating,
free from breathing)
Fallen.
(beautifully)
Into grace.
