Dreams of a land of peace
Dreams of happy children
Dreams of happy Men Women
I want to dream such dreams

The stories I hear
Send shivers down my spine
The unending tears
The untold tales

The city needs love
The Men, Women and Children need peace
We hate to remember

But the painful thoughts fill our minds
Asking questions
Getting no answers

Darkness increases
Nightmare rules
The sound of gunshots
The feeling of hate

I see a girl weeping
That she lost it all
I see people homeless
People dying

War, you are not suppose to rule
Hate, you are not suppose to rule
Nightmare, you are not suppose to rule

War, has done no good
Hate, has done no good
Nightmares, makes us afraid to sleep
