Drought Poem by Matthew Jackson

Drought

Rating: 5.0

Drowning with no purpose.
Reach for the surface
Let your sorrows drag you towards failure.
Embrace my hell, the fickle reality.
Seeming to shatter at the faint glimmer of hope.
Desolate...
Alone..
Days like this...
I just wish i could go home.

A great flowing poem, like it.
