Drowning Depth Poem by Old Teenage Poems

Drowning Depth

You just want to drown out the noise that's in your ears.
Drown out the noise that's your heart.
Drown out the noise.
But the noise is causing you to drown.
Can't see anymore, his eyes have got you blind.
Can't feel anymore, his touch has got you numb.
Can't think anymore, his words have drowned you.
And you're kicking, shouting
Fighting for survival
against his words, his looks, his kisses
And finally you give
up
you give
in
and die
in his
suffocating
embrace
