The effects of a damage done,
Begins the moment it is implemented.
The harm created can be debated.
Charged to be either a misdemeanor.
Or a criminal act with evidence produced.
But the fact the damage already done,
Can not be impeached...
From the streets to leave it ignored.
A damage has its permanence imbedded.
In memories not to forget,
The cause and effectiveness that stays.
Remaining unchanged.
Regardless who adapts to it or not.
Effective is the damage as if an epidemic!
