Emotional Battle Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Emotional Battle

Emotional battle

Emotional battle is never won
If sentiments are gone
If you lose personal touch
With any of the members and fail to reach

I used to quarrel
And tell
Her about clumsy appearance
She may not mind my foolish utterances

Often she will scoff
And endlessly laugh
But from inside she was feeling hurt
And never made it known out

Today I realized
And was dazed
With the same feeling
And tried to make it with intense willingness

I called on her
To be alone and confided like to mother
She tapped my back
And moved her hand to offer sweet cake
