To realise now,
I wasnt what i thought,
Is just the same.
As being bought,
I feel so used,
And so abused,
Over the things ive said,
Ive started to muse,

When I said I cared,
That I missed you much,
You responded in kind,
But it never touched,
Your icey heart,
That lies so deep,
Within that shell,
That cold dark keep,

It seems you said it,
Just for keeping,
Me satisfied,
And safe from leaping,
I'd rather that,
You'd said what you'd meant,
That what you'd said,
Was not simply spent,

Its time accept,
Things back as they are,
I fell for you,
And moving on is hard,
But its easier to do,
When to myself I'm true,
And hold in my heart,
The way things were at the start.

So goodbye now,
My new best friend,
For it'll be ok,
And alright in the end.
