End Of The Dock Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

End Of The Dock

Let’s take a walk
To the end of the dock.
We could be silent…
Or we could talk.

Looking into the sunset,
You appear as a vignette.
You are ahead of me
Looking back with regret.

Now we stand at the brink
Staring down as thoughts sink
Into the depths of memories.
Compassion is our uniting link.
