Envy Is An Ugly Thing
ENVY IS AN UGLY THING
Envy is an ugly thing -
Genius is not given to everyone-
We want to be
What we are not.
And we spend our lives hurting
At our failure.
God chooses
Not us.
You were not born to be the one and only one-
You were born to be one of many many many-
Grow up now you fool
Fifty years of hoping in vain
Is enough of this nonsense.
