Evening Play! Poem by Deb Panda

Evening Play!

Your eyes play, Joyful with bubbles-
Recline against the day, opaque pane-
Colours! with gushing cold breath!
Spreads across this horizon, doesn't wane!

With dreams, out in the rain-
And centered- busy lives around for farewell
When stranded silken forehead finds its touch
Reminding! this spotless pain and sail!

At some corners of the world-
Sedate at this marvelous wondering,
With all the good; memories blessed with-
In vivid reflection of eyes twinkling !

Eyes in hide and seek, here-
In this visible darkness, lamps disappearing
Chased! By this august guest from heaven-
To see them smiling-innocence-bells ring!
