Evergreen Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

Evergreen

Rating: 5.0

Firm to the ground
Standing tall
Forever green
From the deepest blizzard winter
To the desert like summer.

Your wholeness
Is enveloped with snow
Yet your green imposed its way out
Under the diamond dusts
Forever green, you are.

You outwitted
Autumn's and winter's might
They could never
Never take away
Your crowning glory
From your majesty.

The rainy days of spring
The violent thunderstorms of fall
Make your green greener
Evergreen
You symbolizes life and nature
With your radiant color.

We can compare these evergreen trees to few human beings as well. Whatever their age or experience they remain beautiful inside out. To meet such sparkling people is a delight. So are the evergreen trees.
