Thou art my morning dew
That makes everything new
My soguard clarity
That frail away my rigidity
Thou guards my temper' weakness
With the sword of meekness
Thou set my pleasures bounds
With all of self-control's cords
Thou oh Lord breath life to living
Thou are the tempest that fills my soul-winning
When i am cast down
Thou says 'there is a lifting crown'
If your countenance forbids me
All the pleasures of life will elude me
And my conscience languish
Will be my souls anguish
I will blend the edges of this shadow
It will be as tin as dew
The wind will blow it away
And i will be cast away
Elshadia! if you depart from my soul
My flesh will hasten to coal
I will climb to the highest mountain
And cast my soul upon a rock
Then i will let it fall
As trees without roots my soul
Would drift amongst the wind
And will not rescind
For as current through which rivers flow
So art thy light to my soul's glow
Nicely thought out and well penned in verse with rhythmic splendour.
I will blend the edges of this shadow It will be as tin as dew The wind will blow it away And i will be cast away! ! ! Excellent lines! ! Good Poem! ! !
