Expose Your Emotions To Me Please Just Tell Me The Truth Poem by Kellyn, A Grau

Expose Your Emotions To Me Please Just Tell Me The Truth

Pictures fade and with them the memories fall
Hearts fail with time, and days grow longer
The snow paints a picture so pure and true
That you can't ignore the pain it shows
Open your eyes and mind to my emotions
Look at me and understand why I fret so much
I want to be happy again, but I feel so forgotten
Your touch dose nothing to me and I can't see your emotions
That barricade is becoming thicker and thicker
My minds clouded and I don't understand how you feel
Give me some kind of sign would you
I don't want to be locked up in the dark
Left to guess on my own, to figure out if you care or not
This cold shoulder is really getting you me
I try and offer you my warmth but you only reject me
So what do I have to do so you can spill me the truth?
Show me your true emotions for me
So I can allow mine to break or expand
I cannot read thoughts, but you could give me a hand
But if there is nothings between you and I
Then please just let me go, I don't want to fall again
I don't want to pick up the pieces of my heart once more
Have to place them together and heal like I did before
I thought I had you all figured out
Was so happy that we were together
But now I have no idea what you are feeling
What you are thinking about
We lack communication and I wish you could just spill
Time is running out and my frustrations are taking over
If you want show me how you feel
Then I will leave and be alone like I was from the beginning
I don't want to cry again, and I don't want to be broken
But if you fail to help me see things more clearly
Then you will lose me and I will go back to being alone
So clasp my hands and whisper into my ear
Anything to make me understand what you feel
Good or bad, it doesn't matter to me
I just want the truth from you, is that so much for me to ask
