Fallen Adiction - Poem by John DeMello

Reaching out reaching out

extending to please ones needs

shelfish acts of pleasure feeding on ones greed

the battle starts within one's mind adiction is the game

and the one who lost his life joins the fallen chain

all the children extend their hands to grasp their pleasure

feens twisted minds think alike ploting to decive

as the demon grows inside

morals striped away

love one's onced tried to help

now they shun away

looking in the mirror

with this battle within my mind

bringing forth destruction through this fallen time
