Fallen Angel

Her smile no longer resonates happiness.
Her heavenly glow just isn't as bright.
Her skin is no longer soft,
But dry and wrinkled.
Her eyes are filled with regret,
Of past mistakes and the ones soon to come.
All alone.
In her miserable shell,
Is where this fallen angel will stay,
Until she gets her wings back.
