Falling Alone Poem by Vision Ghost

Falling Alone

Rating: 3.3

Is it a time when the words, have escaped
Away from the mouth, of a mind elapsed
From the bruises of an already, broken face
Shattered and defeated, by damnations race

Sought by conclusion, of a nine millimetre
Buried under a humiliation, of this theatre
Damned and repentant, in constant regret
Close eyes upon a sight, before tears upset

How much more until, I am so destroyed?
Already broken into pieces, never deployed
For the very luxury, of my own humiliation
If it wasn’t enough, that I face devastation

Never the soothing arm, to reach me here
Before the collapse, before my own fear
Sore is the soul, before you reach the heart
Hooded and masked, yet playing its part

So many lines elaborate, on consciousness
Forgotten to the eyes, of the emotionless
In untouched injuries, to the spirits’ depth
Which is so felt, by the beholders breadth

Is this truly the face, I’ve worn for years?
Or does anyone really know me, in reveres
Did I just stamp a date to this, or is this me?
Finally so adverse to love, and set so free?

Bitter in the defeat, or subject to a beating
This question without the mark, is pending
To these destinies, of the blatantly unclear
Swallow my pride, in placing of a new fear

That I am forever to walk, this damned road
Never to feel the shelter, of a humble abode
As I am so the one, who falls alone as always
Drifting from the pointless, to darkest days
