Falling Water Poem by JAPCHAE Wyeth

Falling Water

Rating: 4.5

(This poem is dedicated to Yoo Roep 'Elly' Han of South Korea. She's an ESL student. She requested me to write this poem.)

Hey, falling water...
Where do you come from?
You flow into the river
And evaporate into the air.

You make the plants happy
When you come all the way
Don't pour too much, okay?
To keep them safe everyday.

You make the temperature cold
A falling water to behold
You help wash away the dirt
That each and everyone can get.

Oh, rain please go away
You come in another day
It's because I want to play
Happy that I should be today.
