False Prophets Poem by Randy McClave

False Prophets

Don't listen to false prophets
They'll always lead you astray,
You won't read the Bible
And you won't go to church and pray.
You'll use the word of God
When it doesn't pertain to you,
You'll not read it from the Bible
And what you speak will be untrue.
They'll lead you down the wrong road
And then you will get hurt and then sick,
They will use the Lords name in vain
It's all the Devil's trick.
They want you to always follow them
And listen to all their lies,
They want worship and praise and glory
And they don't care who get sick or dies.
They'll lead you down the wrong road
As you happily listen and follow,
You will become a lemming on a cliff
As their lies you will excitedly swallow.
False teachers will always teach
To the gullible and the unknowing that will listen,
Then when others believe what they cry out
Their eyes and smiles will then glisten.
The Devil deliberately points out the wrong path
So, don't listen to a false prophet,
They don't care or worry about you
They do it for their own praise and profit.
