Who do we love
As we see how hard they try
Who do we feel we can run to
To hold as we cry?

Who do we treasure
In the darkest of times
Who is there
When we've gone as far as we can climb?

Who holds us
Who talks
Who stops to listen
While everyone walks?

Who give us purpose
Who pushes us to strive
Who creates light
When there's darkness in our lives?

Who listens to our hearts
When the world leaves us to bleed
Who's words give love
For which we all need?

Who's kiss brings us joy
And who's embrace gives light
Who's heart
Makes a dark world bright?

They are family
They are friend
They are love
Until the very end.
